Victoria has worked at international law firms since 2002 and has had roles as a fee earner and in operational and strategic management.

At Costigan King, Victoria ensures an efficient and seamless day-to-day running of the firm. She is responsible for all aspects of the firm including finance, compliance and HR. She is also responsible for overseeing and implementing best practice for guiding the financial and strategic direction of the firm and identifying and mitigating potential risks to the firm.
