Lynn was admitted to the New York Bar in 2000. She acts in an advisory capacity (currently non practising) and has practised corporate and commercial law for over two decades as a partner with major US and UK law firms and as an in-house lawyer in the industry.

Lynn has experience in the full range of international corporate and commercial legal practice: M&A, capital markets, private equity, infrastructure projects, privatisations, commercial contracts and secured lending.

She has advised international clients in respect of the following business sectors: energy, mining, infrastructure, media, IT, e-commerce, publishing, leasing, construction, insurance, health care, packaging, retail, agriculture, travel.

During the course of her career, in addition to being New York qualified, she has also been admitted to practice in England and Wales, Ontario and British Columbia.
